Static

Cal-Ray offers only the world’s best solutions in static direct radiography. With Canon’s high-quality x-ray flat panel detector systems, you can have resolutions of as much as 11 million pixels and clearer image areas. Along with minimal patient exposure, any radiography facility can have increased productivity and better diagnosis with Cal-Ray’s static DR products.

The CXDI-401C is a digital radiography system that carries a high-quality X-ray flat panel detector with a pixel pitch of 125 microns. With a high resolution of approximately 11.3 million pixels, the system can provide a clearer image of areas such as bone parts. This model also uses a Cesium Iodide Scintillator, ensuring the highest performance with minimal patient exposure.
The CXDI-401C COMPACT DR Detector has a proprietary developed glass substrate and advanced LANMIT® (Large Area New Metal-Insulator Semiconductor) technology. It features a Cesium Iodide Scintillator and a 125 micron pixel pitch resulting in high resolution. It allows for easy upgrades to existing radiography equipment and fits easily into most universal Bucky systems.
The CXDI-401G is a digital radiography system, equipped with a high-quality X-ray flat panel detector with a pixel pitch of 125 microns. Featuring a high resolution of approximately 11.3 million pixels, the system can provide a clearer image of areas such as bone parts. This system also uses a Gadolinium OxiSulfide Scintillator that helps deliver exceptional spatial resolution.

The CXDI-80C Wireless is Canon’s first wireless, cassette-size digital radiography system. Weighing less than 6 pounds, the system is very portable and flexible. The CXDI-80C has a 27.4cm x 35cm imaging area, wireless range, fast data transfer (5 GHz), a Cesium Iodide Scintillator (high performance, low exposure) and increased spatial resolution (125 microns pixel pitch).
The CXDI-70C Wireless is Canon’s first wireless, cassette-size digital radiography system. Weighing less than 8 pounds, it is very portable and flexible. The CXDI-70C has a large 32cm x 43cm imaging area, wireless range, fast data transfer (5 GHz), a Cesium Iodide Scintillator (high performance, low exposure) and increased spatial resolution (125 microns pixel pitch).
The CXDI-55C is a multipurpose portable digital radiography system offering convenient DR imaging in a compact device with large area detection and a detachable cable. It is equipped with a Cesium Iodide scintillator, advanced LANMIT technology, and a large imaging area to accommodate a wide variety of radiographic applications.
The CXDI-60C is a multipurpose portable digital radiography system that offers mobility, easy operation, and immediate image review. It is equipped with advanced LANMIT detector technology that acquires high-resolution, high-contrast diagnostic images with minimal X-ray exposure to patients, making it an ideal device for pediatric and orthopedic applications.
The CXDI-40G COMPACT is a digital radiography system equipped with the large image sensor and high-quality capabilities of the CXDI-40EG but in minimal housing. The system can be retrofitted into a range of radiography devices so easy installation is possible into widely-used Bucky units of existing facilities.
The CXDI-40EC is a digital radiography system that features Canon’s advanced LANMIT detector technology, and the Cesium Iodide scintillator. The scintillator makes up the topmost layer of the Amorphous Silicon Flat Panel Detector, perfectly suited for pediatric and orthopedic use.
The CXDI-40EG is a digital radiography system with a large 43 cm x 43 cm imaging area that flexibly accommodates both large and small format anatomical views, in portrait or landscape orientation, without having to rotate the detector unit. It’s compact, lightweight design is ideal for upgrading existing radiography suites with digital imaging capabilities.
Canon's CXDI Control Software NE supports high-resolution images and generator communication for preset x-ray parameters. The software provides actual exposure factors and patient dose information in the DICOM header, and complies with HIPAA and IHE standards.
We succeeded in creating a new technology whereby a CsI scintillator is made to contact directly over a TFT*1 sensor panel without any protective layer in between them. This technology has made it possible to guide the light emitted from the scintillator to the photodiode without causing the light to be dispersed at the interface with the TFT sensor.
The lightweight and cable free operation of the Aero DR wireless digital flat panel detector system allows for easy patient and image detector positioning while reducing patient discomfort and stress during portable procedures. The Aero DR portable imaging console allows for the ability to QC the X-ray to determine if re exposure is needed prior to leaving the patients side.
Konica Minolta introduces the newest member of the Aero DR family, a wireless cassette 17x17 inch flat panel detector (FPD), that delivers wide view range.
The Canon CXDI-401C Wireless Digital Radiography (DR) System offers a high level of versatility, while providing high image quality and rapid results for large and small anatomical views.
Introducing a unique auto-stitching system with the Aero DR flat panel detector for high image quality and excellent workflow that is applicable to any X-ray system. In general, existing DR stitching process requires the patient to remain still for extended periods of time. However, using the Aero DR Auto-Stitching System allows studies to be performed in much less time due to the automatic movement of the detector and specialized slit combination.
The CXDI-50RF is the world’s first portable dynamic/static digital radiography system. It is a compact, lightweight DR system which allows both viewing moving images and capturing static X-ray images. Capable of both digital radiography and fluoroscopy, the 14" x 17" sensor weighs 12.5 pounds and can be placed in a universal stand or table.
